New applicants: Paused

We've shut down for further applicants for the time being while we work through the large workload there already is, to make sure everyone gets a fair treatment

It will still be possible to submit an application but you should not expect a reply until some time next week

Furthermore we'll be making some additional changes to the application process and what we expect to see from applicants
