| anyone with QSS can do it
Skarner ult +teleport onto a ward at fountain + QSS = easiest kill ever
I heard its a bannable offense or something from the forums... a Red said so i think | |

| Haven't seen a red post on this specifically, but exploiting bugs in general is probably bannable. | |

| It's been hotfixed. Just tried it, doesn't work anymore. It interrupts the tp. | |
