Seems really... Overpowered... I'm sure a lot of people say this. Riot's going to read this and definitely nerf some things about it, I guarantee it. I'd assume with all his harassing abilities, their either 1, not going to do a whole lot of damage, or 2, cost a lot of mana. Only way I can see those abilities being countered.
