not much love for anivia here lol, nice guide looks perfect for arranged 5's(solo queue i do roa b4 rabadons because you can never be sure if the jungle is actually going to give you blue Q_Q).

Around 1500 ELO people will usually understand that you need blue as Anivia loll

I find your guide interesting, however i'm not a great fan of anivia xD. Lol. The only thing i think is pretty unnecesary, is the health runes. Just an opinion.

health quints are always good to guarantee a safe lane and let you farm

the health quints are not for laning they are for being aggressive, you can farm a couple steps and a flash away from the tower
and just egg there if you need to, having the extra ap from quints will let you farm for a little longer because you don't have to
