| honestly I never needed more than1 philo on janna and one LP and maybe 1 HG on soraka, so for me this patch changes nothing | |

| My Nunu  I need to figure out new runes/masteries cuz I cant do Blue with my current setup. 100 less dmg on consume means 2-3 more auto attacks on each camp. Thats alot of time and alot of dmg taken. O and that whole 20% from 40% slow is kinda frustrating too. | |
