Lets create a LoL champ, ok?

We're going to make a champ, ok?

You know all the things a champ needs right?
If not then here it is:
you need the skills,lore,name,reigon,art,skins,you do not have to post base armor att dmg ap ratios,etc so ill start it off with a skill and everyone needs to add to it posting bits of everything then well throw it all together and its a champ.

Here's the name and first skill of the champ

Gyrete,sabature of demacia

Q skill -
Gyrete places a stealthed mine that hovers in the air if walked by or through by a enemy champions it will follow him for 15 seconds acting as a mobile ward then it will explode dealing
75/125/175/225/275 magic dmg"

W skill
Patience. Gyrete camflages himself, waiting for the oppertune moment to strike. For every 2 seconds stelthed, his next ability AND next attack will remove stealth and recieve a 5% damage bonus, stacking to 25%

Passive
Crippling Explosions. Alternating his attacks and his abilities will apply a 8% stacking slow on the target, stacking to 40%

And a edit to the Q skill... maybe have it follow slowly at first, then speed up at the end of it's duration so the explosion will hit the target?
